New Customer Expectations

To ensure your registration is completed in a timely manner, and to prevent order delay:

• A team member will need to contact you if we are unable to validate your account information and dental license number. Please be sure to provide accurate contact information where we will be able to reach you.
• New customers who have not yet established an order/payment history with EdgeEndo must provide a credit card number with a US billing address associated with the card, for payment of their initial order.
• Important Note: Order processing will be delayed until account verification and initial order payment is established. Please provide a verifiable US dental license, US Billing address associated with the provided credit card, and a verifiable US shipping address to ensure timely order processing.
