Our Inverted cone carbide burs are used primarily for producing undercuts at the junction of the pulpal floor and lateral walls in occlusal (class 1) cervical (class IV) cavities and the occlusal locks of the class II cavities. For Producing undercuts in cavity preparation; slightly rounded edges on the blade corners reduce chipping for a smoother cut. Ideal for amalgam removal; may also be used to contour the occlusal anatomy of final restorations and for flattening pupal and gingival walls.
